New to the 2nd. Edition is Chapter VI : Divide and Conquer, which deals with the "branding" of the homeless in America, as well as general editing and formatting improvements throughout the rest of the book, and some additional "homeless slang".

The entire book is freely available here. The price is actually $2.50 - Lulu takes a cut of fifty cents, presumably for their largess in hosting the file.
